It was only published by University Microfilms, which is now something else. I need to find a way to put it on the web, but it is over 300 pages. The entire study was Tolstoy's ideas on nonviolent social and political revolution and his influence on Mahatma Gandhi. They corresponded when Tolstoy was in his 80's and Gandhi was just starting his political career in South Africa. Tolstoy's ideas were integral to Gandhi developing Satyagraha.

That is fascinating. I didn’t know about that link with Gandhi.
